If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let me know immediately. I would be happy to offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to me within 14 days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please email samaskincare@yahoo.co.uk with your name and order number, and I will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. 

Please be aware that I cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
